Today isn’t just about fireworks, flags, and food. Today is spiritual.
We’re standing on land shaped by storms. Not just the physical ones, but the emotional, energetic, and collective ones too. Generations before us fought wars, buried dreams, were enslaved, were silenced, were broken and still… they stood up again. And here we are. Not perfect. Not fully healed. But we’re still rising.
Right now, the world is spinning with uncertainty. Fear is loud. Division is thick. But if we pause long enough to feel underneath it all there’s something else breathing there. A quiet strength.
A soul knows when it says
We’ve been here before. And we survived.
If you’re in America, today is your reminder that no matter how messy, how unjust, or how divided things look you come from survivors. You are proof that healing is slow, but sacred. If you’re outside the U.S., this message still holds truth for you.
If one land can break chains, so can yours. If freedom rose once, it will rise again.
So tonight, don’t just look up at the fireworks
Look inward.
