Who Can You Talk To About Things?
By TonyaLe
Have you ever had a vision so real, so intense, that it shook your spirit awake?
Last week, I experienced one of those moments. What felt like a journey into a flood. Not sure where the location was. I didn’t just see it, I felt it in my body. The message was loud, the energy undeniable. But the hardest part wasn’t receiving it... it was trying to share it.
Who can you talk to about these things?
Not just someone who calls themselves spiritual. Not someone who says, “I’m an empath too.” I mean someone who knows how to hold space to listen without inserting their own story or diluting yours with their lens.
Now let me please say this with love
Most people don’t mean to do this.
It’s a subconscious pattern. We’ve been conditioned to respond, to relate, to fix, to advise. We’ve been programmed to interject not out of malice, but out of habit.
So no, I don’t carry animosity when someone does it to me. I just don’t share with everyone anymore. My inner thoughts, my deepest fears those belong in sacred spaces. And only a few people truly match my energy enough to receive them with care.
I was lucky this time… I did have one friend I could share a little bit with. And I’m grateful. But even then, it wasn’t the space to share all of it. Some things are too layered, too intense, too spiritually deep to be spoken out loud when the atmosphere isn’t aligned.
Saturday, July 5th, I laid in bed the entire day and night not just resting, but astro-traveling. I slept and I journeyed at the same time. I saw so many things. Felt them. Lived them. My legs cramped. My stomach turned and cramped hurting my liver really bad. It was like my physical body was reacting to the energy I was moving through spiritually. And I couldn’t explain it. Not because people wouldn’t try to listen, of course they would try, but because the details were too much. Too real. Too raw. You get that familiar feeling… like Spirit is handing you something sacred… and then something in you just shuts your mouth. Because it’s not meant for everyone. And most can’t carry it anyway. They have no way of understanding. Not because they are bad people, they are wonderful people, they just are not ready for that much rawness. And that's ok, everybody sees when they are willing and able.
That’s why I created my Spiritual Hygiene Method. It’s the only way I’ve been able to clear and maintain my field enough to hear my #1 spirit guide as clearly as I do. It’s how I finally connected deeply. How? I did the healing work to stop the behaviors that blocked me.
We talk a lot about being "lightworkers" in this space but let’s be real for a moment and speak truth!
Some aren’t lightworkers. They’re energy vampires with good marketing.
They’re draining every room they walk into, misguiding clients, chasing the money instead of the mission. Some do it with full awareness. They use looks charm or whatever to manipulate the collective to get what they want or need. Most of know how they are. People still feed them energy, either for the love of drama or they have a hidden fear of not being lead so they keep on even though they know their behavior is fake and destructive. They keep following so they don't face their own inner issue and they get to stay distracted. They are adding more karma for themselves that they never should've carried in the first place.
Others mean well but can’t face the truth that the way they’re handling energy just… isn’t working. Their ego won’t let them accept that feedback. They avoid reflection because it would force them to confront what’s still unhealed within them. The stuff their ego claimed was already done.
Then there are those who genuinely want to help. Their heart is in the right place, but they still can’t hear. Why?
Because to truly listen to others, you have to be willing to hear the parts of yourself you’ve silenced.
You have to be willing to see what’s still hurting inside of you. The parts your ego told you were already healed.
That’s why I say this: We all need one person with a second set of spiritual eyes! That someone who can lovingly help us see what we’re missing. For me, that became my spirit guide. But for many, it’s a mentor that does work like me, a trusted friend, or even a stranger sent by divine timing.
And to receive that help, we have to listen.
The truth? Most of us are our own worst enemy. That’s why we struggle to listen to ourselves and to each other. And until we learn to truly hear one another, we’ll keep repeating the same karmic history.
Real healing is when you can hold space for both parties in a conflict. Outside of you or even your own inner conflict.
When you can step outside yourself, your beliefs, values, and emotional reactions to truly hear another person’s pain without judgment. When you stop interjecting and start connecting.
Until then, pay attention to who’s around you. Watch the patterns. Feel the energy. Know who you can safely share with and who cannot yet hold your truth without spilling their own all over it. Some people just want to drink the water they don't want to take care of it.
Because let’s be real…
This “love and light” community has more hypocrisy than some churches.
But the healers? The true listeners? They do exist. And the more of us who embody that, the more we listen, really listen the more others will begin to do the same.
And that, my friend, is how we shift timelines.
That’s how we raise the vibration.
That’s how we change the world.
With one sacred conversation at a time.
