Cancellation Policy
Booking and Service Policy The Unique TonyaLe All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of spiritual services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking is purchased. Please read all service descriptions carefully before booking to ensure you are selecting the right session for your needs. Cancellation and Rescheduling All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to cancel within this window may result in forfeiture of your session with no refund and no ability to reschedule. Life happens and I understand that. If an emergency arises please contact me directly at info@tonyale.com and explain your situation. These cases are handled individually with compassion and good faith. All rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date. Session Delivery Method At the time of booking you will select your preferred delivery method, either a live Zoom session or an email reading.
